Purpose

Process
- Our process starts with the creation of a unified Regional Vision. We examine goals, key resources and existing strengths and weaknesses to ensure progress.
- The next phase is to develop a new cadre of young leaders. We work with them to develop stronger bonds within the community, and focus on communication and leadership skills.
- A requirement for retaining young leaders is a strong relationship between undergraduates and professionals in your community. By leveraging this collaboration, we benefit the needs of both groups.
- Retention of young leaders also demands attention to the group as a community. Acknowledgment of their generation's abilities and interests is enhanced by, among other things, a focus on communication vehicles targeted to young people.
- Finally, we focus on the continuation of growth within your community. We foster an entrepreneurial and community-minded spirit, strengthening the bonds and relationships to the region.
