3. A requirement for retaining young leaders is a strong relationship between undergraduates and professionals in your community. By leveraging this collaboration, we benefit the needs of both groups.
4. Retention of young leaders also demands attention to the group as a community. Acknowledgment of their generation's abilities and interests is enhanced by, among other things, a focus on communication vehicles targeted to young people.
